A Movement, Not A Campaign

Parklands deserves leadership that shows up, listens and delivers.

From estate roads and street lighting to youth jobs, business growth and clean neighbourhoods — this campaign is built on practical solutions, verifiable promises and open books. Our ward is home to families, traders, students, professionals and communities of every background. Every one of them deserves a leader who answers the phone.

About Me

The Story Behind The Candidate

Portrait of Samuel Seveni

Samuel Seveni

Entrepreneur. Founder & CEO of Harvest Facility Management Ltd. Strategist. And, above all, a son of the community who believes public office is a duty rather than a destination.

Samuel's path has been built on enterprise and discipline — starting small, learning fast, and growing into executive leadership where results are measured, not narrated. That same standard is what he brings to Parklands Ward: clear plans, honest reporting and visible delivery.

🌱

Early Leadership Journey

From student leadership and small enterprise to organising people around shared goals — Samuel learned that credibility is built one kept promise at a time.

🏢

Executive Experience

As CEO of Harvest Facility Management Ltd & Harvest Facility Management Group he leads strategy, operations, finance and teams — the same disciplines a ward needs to convert budgets into results.

🤲

Community Commitment

Long-standing support for youth groups, women's groups, traders and community initiatives across Parklands and greater Nairobi.

🧭

Leadership Philosophy

Listen first. Plan properly. Deliver publicly. Report honestly. Leadership that fears the people's verdict is leadership that serves them well.

⚖️

Professional Values

Integrity, competence, respect and accountability — non-negotiables in business and in public office.

🌆

Vision for Parklands

A clean, safe, well-planned, economically vibrant ward where every community feels seen, served and included.

Samuel Seveni, community leader
Why I Am Running

Because Parklands can do better — and we can prove it.

Residents are tired of promises that end at the campaign poster. Roads, garbage, lighting, water, bursaries and jobs are not complicated problems — they are neglected ones. I am running because I know how to plan, fund, execute and account for delivery, and because our ward deserves leadership that treats public resources like a trust.
